Return, Delivery, Installation & Service Fee Policy
Overview
Our store specializes in discounted appliances, including Scratch & Dent, Open Box, and Clearance items. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are subject to the following policy. Customers are strongly encouraged to review this policy carefully prior to purchase.
1. Final Sale Items
The following items are sold on a FINAL SALE basis and are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased:
• Discounted items
• Scratch & Dent items
• Open Box, display, or floor models
• Items expressly marked “AS IS” or “FINAL SALE”
No exceptions apply unless expressly approved in writing by the store.
2. Limited 48-Hour Exchange / Return (Store Approval Required)
At the store’s sole and absolute discretion, certain items may be eligible for an exchange or return within forty‑eight (48) hours of purchase, provided that ALL of the following conditions are strictly satisfied:
• The item has not been installed, powered on, modified, or used
• The item remains in the same condition as at the time of sale
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components are intact and included
• The original receipt is presented
Approval of any exchange or return is not guaranteed and must be confirmed in writing by the store.
3. Return Transportation Responsibility
All transportation, handling, and labor costs associated with any approved return or exchange are the sole responsibility of the customer.
This includes, without limitation:
• Customer-arranged transportation; or
• Transportation arranged by the store, if available, at the customer’s expense
Any delivery, handling, or labor fees previously incurred are non-refundable.
4. Delivery, Installation & Labor Fees (Non‑Refundable)
Delivery, installation, and labor fees constitute services rendered and are non-refundable once such services are scheduled, initiated, or completed.
Non-refundable service events include, but are not limited to:
• Completed deliveries
• Dispatch or arrival of installation personnel
• Reserved or scheduled labor time
Product returns or exchanges do not alter or negate service fees already incurred.
5. Installed Parts, Accessories & Modifications
All parts, accessories, consumables, or materials are deemed used once installed and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes, without limitation:
• Power cords, water hoses, drain hoses
• Installation kits, trim kits, adapters
• Any wall, cabinet, flooring, or structural modifications
6. Restocking / Depreciation Fee
If a return is approved, the store may assess a restocking and/or depreciation fee ranging from fifteen percent (15%) to thirty percent (30%) of the product purchase price.
Such fee is intended to offset:
• Inspection and testing costs
• Re‑stocking and administrative expenses
• Loss of resale value
Restocking or depreciation fees do not include delivery, labor, or transportation charges.
7. Credit Card Processing Fees
For purchases made by credit card, any approved refund may be subject to deduction of non-refundable credit card processing fees imposed by banks or payment processors.
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refunded amount.
8. Refund Method & Processing Time
a. Refund Method
• All refunds will be issued solely to the original form of payment
• Cash refunds are not available
• Alternative refund methods (including Zelle, wire transfer, or check) require prior written store approval
b. Refund Processing Time
Upon approval, the store will submit refund requests within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Actual posting times are determined solely by the card issuer and payment processor and are outside the store’s control.
c. Potential Deductions
Refunds may be reduced by applicable non-refundable charges, including but not limited to:
• Delivery fees
• Installation fees
• Labor charges
• Credit card processing fees
• Restocking or depreciation fees
9. Extended Warranties & Service Plans
Extended warranties and service plans are separate service products.
• Once activated or effective, such plans are non-refundable
• If not activated, refund eligibility (if any) is governed strictly by the written terms provided at the time of purchase
10. Third‑Party Delivery & Installation Disclaimer
The store is not responsible for acts, omissions, or damages caused by independent third‑party delivery or installation providers. Any claims or liabilities are governed exclusively by the applicable third‑party service agreements.
11. Customer Acknowledgment
By signing below, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Return, Delivery, Installation & Service Fee Policy.
