You acknowledge that Appliances 4 Less Cerritos specializes in discounted appliances, which may include "scratch and dent," open-box, or refurbished items.

  • Cosmetic Imperfections: Products may have cosmetic flaws (scratches, dents, or blemishes) that do not affect the functionality of the unit.

  • Inspection: We thoroughly test all appliances for performance before sale. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are aware of the item's condition as described or shown at the time of purchase.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Financing through Acima and Snap.

4. Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Free Delivery: We offer local delivery within a 20-mile radius for free. Destinations beyond 24 miles are subject to an additional charge of $3 per mile.

  • Delivery Timeline: We strive for same-day or next-day delivery (within 24-72 hours).

5. Warranty Information

  • Standard Warranty: All appliances come with a FREE 1-Year warranty covering parts and labor.

  • Extended Warranty: Customers have the option to purchase extended warranty coverage for up to 5 years through our third-party partners.

  • Warranty Claims: Warranty claims must be initiated by contacting the store directly with your original proof of purchase.

6. Return and Refund Policy

  • Returns: Due to the nature of "scratch and dent" inventory, returns are accepted only if the unit is mechanically defective and may be subject to a restocking fee.

  • Final Sale: Items marked "As-Is" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Limitation of Liability
